Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We partner with major international carriers like DHL, UPS, FedEx, and other local premium couriers to ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery. The carrier will be selected based on your location.

Delivery estimates are as follows:

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 4 to 20 business days.

Please note that the delivery timeframe is an estimate and not a guarantee. Delivery times vary greatly depending on the destination country, its customs procedures, and the specific state or province. Delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Femlinza is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Damages

Femlinza is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Incorrect Address Policy

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, so there is a very small time gap to cancel/change an order or to change the address of the order. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@femlinza.com. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or delivered to an incorrect address.
